These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and php99 ("php99," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://php99.vip. - You must not be included on any national or international list of persons subject to financial sanctions, anti-money-laundering restrictions, or gaming exclusions.
Age Verification: php99 employs automated and manual age verification processes. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.
To access real-money gaming services at php99, you are required to register an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your Account:

By completing registration on the php99 Platform, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your php99 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations and limitations apply:
- You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or php99 support staff. php99 will never request your password through any channel.
- You must notify php99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
- php99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such unauthorised use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
- php99 may implement additional security measures including, but not limited to, SMS one-time passwords (OTP), device recognition, login anomaly detection, and temporary Account lockouts following repeated failed login attempts.
- You agree to comply with any additional security procedures that php99 may introduce from time to time in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements.
php99 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT (TRC20 network), and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. The following terms govern all deposit transactions:
- All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) or, in the case of USDT deposits, converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.
- php99 does not accept deposits made from accounts or payment instruments that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

php99 processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals are only available to Users who have completed KYC identity verification. php99 may request a government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or PhilHealth ID) and a live selfie for facial verification.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, where technically possible, as a measure to prevent money laundering.

- Any evidence of Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or pattern betting designed to exploit promotions — will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant Bonus and may result in Account termination.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. php99 uses technical and manual review processes to detect and prevent duplicate claims.
The following rules govern the placement and settlement of bets on the php99 Platform:
- All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring that wagers are placed correctly before confirming them. php99 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error.
- php99 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a system malfunction, data feed error, human error by a dealer in a live game, or any other technical issue that materially affects the integrity of the outcome.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the platform's recorded outcome, as held in php99's server logs, shall be final and binding unless php99 determines, in its sole discretion, that a void is warranted.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by php99 at any time.
- php99 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or adjust the betting limits of any Account that it reasonably believes to be engaged in irregular or suspicious wagering activity.
- For sports betting markets, php99 follows recognised sports betting settlement rules. Suspended, abandoned, or voided events are handled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php99 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering multiple Accounts or assisting others in circumventing the one-account restriction.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access the Platform or influence game outcomes.
- Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law or applicable international regulations.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform, whether or not such exploitation results in monetary gain. Users who discover bugs are required to report them to php99 support immediately.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing php99 staff, support agents, or other users through any channel.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the Account registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
Accounts found in violation of this section may be permanently banned without prior notice. php99 will not return any funds — including original deposits — where Account termination results from fraudulent conduct or deliberate breach of these Terms.
All content on the php99 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, game assets, trademarks, trade names, text, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of php99 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The php99 name, logo, and associated brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may constitute infringement.
php99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. php99 recognises that gambling, while a form of entertainment for most, carries a risk of addiction for a minority of players.
- Age Restriction: php99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all real-money gaming activity. Any suspicion of underage access will be investigated and, where confirmed, reported to PAGCOR.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

php99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment documentation during KYC review.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring Account action.
- Extended Account inactivity (twelve or more consecutive months without any login or financial transaction), subject to prior notification and the dormant account terms below.
- Voluntary closure requested by the Account holder.
Dormant Accounts: An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months. php99 will send a notice to the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related administration fee. The administration fee, if applied, will not exceed the balance of the Account.
Upon termination, any Bonus balances that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Cash balances (real-money deposits and settled winnings meeting all applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within thirty (30) business days, unless termination was triggered by prohibited conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php99's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
php99 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party outages (including GCash, Maya, or banking system downtime), natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information, advice, or game outcomes presented on the Platform.
- Losses caused by unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
- The conduct of third-party game providers, including any malfunction of games licensed to php99 from external software vendors, beyond the compensation obligations expressly stated in applicable service agreements.
Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Complaint Process: In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to first contact php99's customer support team via live chat or email ([email protected]). php99 operates a formal complaint procedure and undertakes to provide a substantive response to all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
Regulatory Escalation: If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through php99's internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures. php99 fully cooperates with all PAGCOR-initiated reviews and investigations.
Jurisdiction: You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint processes described above.
